The only way to reach them is through email, and there’s just one contact number for claims. Seriously, steer clear of this company. They’re just out to take your money! I bought a new car, and now I’m stuck paying for two insurance policies—what a nightmare!

There’s no troubleshooting info on their website or in the app. When the app struggles to find the device to connect, and after countless tries it finally does, the device fails to detect the pads attached, leaving the app stuck and you clueless about what to do next. I’ve wasted so much time on this.
